Sunflower Challenge 15.1(Time) 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Level 1: Wallballs: (20/14) Deadlift: (115/75) Box Jumps/Stepups (24/20) Level 2: Wallballs: (20/14) Deadlift: (105/65) Box Jumps/Stepups (20/17) Level 3: Wallballs: (12/5) Deadlift: (85/55) Box Jumps/Stepups (17/14) Athletes select a level and will receive two scores, one will be the number of reps that you have completed at the 12 minute mark (recorded score for the fitness challenge) and the other will be the total amount of time it takes to complete the workout (20 minute time cap).
