3 rounds with a partner:
Partner 1: 1:00 calorie row
Partner 2: Dips Then switch
Partner 1: 1:00 calorie row
Partner 2: Pullups Then switch
Continue this pattern for pushups, squats, and situps.

Score will be number of calories rowed and number of reps completed on the other movements. The workout will take 30 minutes and the rower should be on a continuous count so partners use the same rower.
