BC.076 (Reps) Partner Tabata with ONE medball: 1. Medball Situps- Do a situp with arms fully extended behind with the medball, situp and pass the medball to your partner who repeats. 2. Alternating medball stepups-stepup and down a box with a medball and hand medball to partner across the box who repeats. 3. Medball squat then toss while partner burpees-Partner with the medball does a front squat and then tosses ball to partner who has just completed a burpee. 4. Partner Wallballs-Do a wallball but toss ball to partner when pressing up to target. 5. Standing Russian Twists-Alternate directions every other Tabata Score is total minimum reps. Record individual mins in comments.
