With a partner, complete the following for time:

40 Ring Rows
60 Burpees
80 Lunge Steps
100 Double Unders
2000 m row
100 Double Unders

Partners may split the reps up as they wish but each partner must do some of the movements each time.  Only one partner works at a time.  Partners row individually for a partner total of 2000 meters.
