Just Keep Rowing(Reps) With a partner: Partner 1, row 2:00, Partner 2 HSPU, then switch Partner 1, row 2:00, Partner 2 Pistol Squats, switch Partner 1, row 2:00, Partner 2 Burpees, switch Partner 1, row 2:00, Partner 2 T2B, switch Partner 1 row 2:00, Partner 2 Mtn Climbers, switch Score is total calories for row plus total reps of other exercises. To get rx, both partners must do rx movements. Keep a running clock/calorie count on the rower. Workout is over when rower clock shows 20:00 minutes.
