    50 Pushups with Wall Sit
    50 Calorie Bike with DL Hold (95/135)

    50 Ring Dips with Dead Hang Hold, one arm
    50 Chest to Bar Pullups with High Plank Hold
    50 Calorie Row with Ring Dip Hold
    50 Burpees with Paleo Sit Hold (65/95)
    50 HSPU with Wall Sit with Dumbbells overhead

    50 Calorie Bike with DL Hold (135/185)

Movements may be done in any order, split reps evenly, partner can only do the movement while other partner is in a hold.
