It's a Team Thing


(Time)
In teams of 5, do 4 rounds of the following:  
    200 m run
    Toes to Bar
    Pistol Squats
    Double Unders
    HSPU

Everyone will complete each exercise 4 times.  The person running determines when everyone else rotates.  Score is the total time for the 4 rounds.
