MAX MINUTE WallBalls (Reps) Max Minute Wall balls (20/15) Scorers please No Rep athlete if not to the following standards. The medicine ball must be start from the bottom of a squat, hip crease below knee, and tossed to hit a specified target. The middle of the ball must contact the target at or above the exact target height. If the ball hits below the target or does not hit the wall, it should not count as a rep. Using a separate ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is disallowed. If the ball is not caught between reps, it must come to a full stop on the ground before the next rep begins i.e. bouncing the ball off the floor is not allowed.
