Team Chipper(Time) In groups of six or fewer, complete the following for time: 15 Calorie Row 30 V-ups 30 Superman Rocks 30 Double Unders 30 Push Ups 30 Ring Rows 400 m Run Teams must go one movement at a time in the order listed starting with the row. Teammates can't advance to next movement until the teammate in front of them has completed the movement with the exception of the 400 meter run.
