All cals on bike should be completed as a sprint, 100% effort. No rest in between AMRAPs. If an athlete ends AMRAP on the bike, then cals start over at zero. Rower is a scaled option only when we run out of bikes. Those going to RX have Bike priority. AMRAPs can be done out of order if necessary for rig space.
