Megavalanche(Reps) 25min of work 5min AMRAP Cal Bike (sprint) (10/5) 2 lunge circles 12 Burpees Then, immediately into 5min AMRAP Cal Bike (sprint) (10/5) 10 Jump Squats 15 Dumbbell (x2) Push Press (35/20) Then, immediately into 5min AMRAP Cal Bike (sprint) (10/5) 12 Jump Lunges 10 Vups Then, immediately into 5min AMRAP Cal Bike (sprint) (10/5) 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20) 8 Toes to Bar Then, immediately into 5min AMRAP Cal Bike (sprint) (10/5) 12 Goblet squats (35) 10 Pullups All cals on bike should be completed as a sprint, 100% effort. No rest in between AMRAPs. If an athlete ends AMRAP on the bike, then cals start over at zero. Rower is a scaled option only when we run out of bikes. Those going to RX have Bike priority. AMRAPs can be done out of order if necessary for rig space.
