Complete 10 of swings, bike, and v-ups, then do 1 bent over row, calorie row, stepups.  Then move back up to do 9 of the first 3 exercises, followed by 2 of the next three and so on until you complete 1 swing, calorie bike, v-up, followed by 10 bent over row, calorie rows, and stepups.
