Broken Grace(Time, Rx+) Three rounds of 2 minutes each of: 10 clean and jerks (135/95) Cleans can be power or full. Jerks can be push or split. After 10 clean and jerks are completed, rest until next round starts. If 10 clean and jerks cannot be completed in 2 minutes, lower weight. Score is sum of time taken to complete each 10. Example: 0:45 + 1:05 + 1:15 = 3:05 Rx+ = add 10 lbs each round, after the first round.
