20 minute EMOM:

At the beginning of every minute, complete 5 medball cleans. With the rest of the minute, complete as many reps of the following alternating every 4 minutes:
1st minute: Mountain climbers
2nd minute: Toes 2 Bar
3rd minute: Bear crawls (every mat equals 1 rep - north to south)
4th minute: Double Unders
Repeat until 20 minutes is over.

Score is total number of reps not including med ball cleans.
