Round 1 - Begin with 12 Situps.
Round 2 - Begin with 12 Situps and add 11 Pullups.
Round 3 - Begin with 12 Situps, 11 Pullups and add 10 Wallballs.
Round 4 - Begin with 12 Situps, 11 Pullups, 10 Wallballs and add 9 Kettlebell Swings.
Continue on for 12 rounds in this manner until complete.
