In teams of three, 10 rounds of 3 minutes each of:
    Round 1: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Burpees
    Round 2: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Crab Walk
    Round 3: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, V-ups
    Round 4: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Swings
    Round 5: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Box Jump/Stepups
    Round 6: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Ring Rows/Pullups
    Round 7: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Medball Cleans
    Round 8: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Single/Double unders
    Round 9: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Mountain Climbers
    Round 10: Calorie Bike, Calorie Row, Knees to Elbow, Knee Raises

Each person performs each exercise for one minute per round.  Score is total calories on bike and rower plus total reps of other exercises.  Exercises may be done in any order to allow for more groups.  One rower and one bike per group.
