10 Min EMOM - Medball Sit up Toss (Reps) 10 Min EMOM - Medball Sit Up Toss x 4 You and Partner will be sitting on either side of a box. You will perform a sit up with the med ball and then toss the ball over to you partner. Each Athlete will do 4 medball sit up tosses. Don't over think it. Its a fun ab workout
