Partner 1 bikes 10 calories while partner 2 does Romanian deadlifts. (Switch)
Partner 1 bikes 10 calories while partner 2 does bent over rows with a plate or dumbells. (Switch)
Partner 1 bikes 10 calories while partner 2 does flutterkicks. (Switch)
Partner 1 bikes 10 calories while partner 2 does lying chest fly. (Switch)
Rounds 2: Same as round 1 only row instead of bike.
Score is time it takes to complete the calories on the bike and the row.
