Weeble Wooble (Reps, Rx+) 5 rounds (2 min on/1 min off) 1:30 minutes-Row (hard) :30 seconds-Sit ups rx+ (GHDs) Score is total cals rowed and sit up reps. The goals is to go as hard as you can on the rower and then go to the sit ups. We are trying to learn how to manage our breathing during sit ups.
