Mini-Golf (Front 9)(Time) Every break in movement counts as a stroke. Each rep of a scaled movement/weight counts as a stroke. Each no rep counts as a stroke. Transitions from one movement to another do not count as a stroke. 1. 15 chest to deck pushups (stopping at bottom counts as a stroke) 2. 25 situps (stopping at top or bottom counts as a stroke) 3. 20 squats (stopping at top or bottom counts as a stroke 4. 5 HSPU (coming off the wall counts as a stroke) 5. 10 Medball cleans (20/14) (stopping at top or bottom counts as a stroke) 6. 25 Double Unders (every stop/miss counts as a stroke. If scaling to single unders, only do 25) 7. 200m Run (stopping/walking counts as a stroke) 8. 15 Deadlifts (135/95) (Stopping at top or bottom counts as a stroke) 9. 5 Pullups (coming off the bar counts as a stroke) Record Strokes AND Time.
