BC.54(Time) In groups of 3, complete the following: 100 Calorie Row 100 Calorie Bike 100 Box Jumps/Stepups 100 Lying Chest Fly 100 Lying Overhead Reach 100 Singles or Double Unders (100 not matter which) 100 Hollow Rocks 100 V-ups 100 Pullups or Ring Rows 100 HSPU Only one rower/bike per trio. On other exercises, only two working at a time. The exercises can be done in any order, however, all 100 of one must be completed before the group moves on to another exercise.
