He enlisted in the Kansas Army National Guard in 2001 and continues to serving our state and Country. He is currently assigned a Property Accounting Technician for the Kansas’ Army National Guard. Hi! I~SQ~m Lindsay I was born in Topeka on October 8, 1983. I grew up on a farm outside of Dover, which is west of Topeka, and I went to Mission Valley. After graduating high school, I went to Kansas State University and graduated with a B.S. in Biology and Life Sciences. I also played softball at KSU and was a 3rd baseman. After graduation, I didn~SQ~t know exactly what I wanted to do so I attended graduate school at Kansas State and went on to earn a M.S. and M.A. I worked at Hummer Sports park for 11 years as an Athletic Director before I became a science teacher at Topeka High School. I teach Biology, Honors Biology, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, and AP Biology. I also coached Topeka High Softball for 5 years and won 2 state championships while I was there. <br> <br>I have 3 boys, Jett, Jagger and Jace, a dog named Winston and a cat named Tommy. They keep me very busy. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, and any outdoor activity. He lives with his wife and two children. In his free time Marc enjoys being active in and outside of the gym. After attending Kansas State University, he found his way into CrossFit and quickly discovered not only a love for the sport but also a calling to teach, motivate, and inspire others through it. <br> <br>In the gym, Clayton focuses on creating a supportive and challenging environment where members feel confident pushing past their comfort zones. He thrives on seeing athletes achieve personal milestones—whether it’s hitting a new PR, mastering a movement, or simply walking out of class a little stronger and more energized than before. <br> <br>When he’s not coaching or working out, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with loved ones.
